Additional costs are incurred for the deposit, the broadcasting fee and, depending on the apartment, for the parking space or underground parking space.
The tenant transfers the deposit to the landlord before moving into the apartment. The deposit is usually two months' rent. In addition, the monthly license fee of €18.36 is payable by the tenant.

Yes, when you move into a furnished apartment via Mr. Lodge, you will receive a confirmation of residence, the official document you need to register with the residents' registration office. Registration is mandatory in Germany for all persons who live at an address for longer than three months. With the landlord's confirmation of residence from Mr. Lodge, you can register easily and on time.
Can I use a furnished 2-room apartment as an interim rental?
Yes, a furnished 2-room apartment is well suited as an interim rental, for example during a renovation, after a move, during the separation phase or as a temporary solution until the new apartment is handed over.
At Mr. Lodge, the apartments are fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy, with a minimum rental period of 6 months.
What is included in a furnished apartment?
Our furnished apartments are equipped so that you can move in with just your suitcase. All cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are available in the kitchen and internet, bed linen and towels are also provided.
