To optimize furnishment (new furniture, addition or modification of existing furniture and/or important advice for the photo-friendly final presentation), we recommend our professional interior design service on site.
For you as landlord the basic service is free of charge.
During this appointment, you will receive the most important tips for furniture and equipment, as well as photo-friendly final decoration advice.

Furnishing and equipment concept
Upon request we offer you a further consultation service. Planning and the preparation of a detailed concept for furnishing and equipment.
In order to obtain the ideal online presentation of your property we offer you a final check or we can take over the final decoration for you.
Billing for this service at an hourly rate is 50, - EUR plus VAT.
Full service
In addition, we offer a complete service for the new furniture and complete equipment of your apartment or house. This offer includes, among others, the following service:
- Supervision of construction for renovations and reconstruction works
- Consulting and planning with 3D animation
- Selection and purchase of all furnishings
- Supply and installation of all furniture, lamps, hi-fi and electrical appliances as well as their professional connection
- Equipment ready for move-in including all textiles, carpets, dishes, pictures and decorations
