"Mr. Lodge has the best apartments and they are presented really well." Our customers tell us almost every day. For many years now, we present all the objects by photo and video. This allows our customers to view your home online, saving everyone involved a lot of time, especially to our customers abroad. Many properties are rented due to the virtual tour without a prior viewing appointment. 

Our photographers come to your property at the agreed date and make digital pictures of all rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen as well as important details and special features - including surroundings- and make a video.

Photos are taken with a high quality SLR camera and then retouched professionally. The photos and the video are available in all popular formats.

The apartment should be equipped in the same condition as at rent out! The shelves of kitchen and bathroom must be cleared. Our advice: In the bathroom, if possible lay out new towels, as these rooms are smaller and the picture details are decisive.

Of course the apartment should be clean for the photographer. Only a representative view of your property will lead to an effective mediation.

Taking the pictures and making the video will take about 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of your property. For our landlords, the service is free of charge.
