This location makes it one of the most sought-after addresses for apartment rental, as it is both very central (the U-Bahn stations Universität and Münchner Freiheit are only a few minutes away) and very quiet, due to its many small streets, while directly bordering Munich's most popular recreation area.This part of Schwabing on the right side of Leopoldstraße only offers a small number of shops.
