The university residence hall complex "Studentenstadt" was built between 1960 and 1970 and is very popular among students, because of its proximity to the English Garden and the strong sense of community among its inhabitants. Apart from student residences, lovely apartments for rent can also be found in "Studentenstadt".

Certainly, the location in Freimann is not very central but due to the excellent connection to U-Bahn line U6 at "Studentenstadt", the access to the city center and the outskirts proves to be uncomplicated.
