There are many small shops along the Waldfriedhofstraße, and the industrial area of "Hansapark" can be found in the north-east. The green areas in the south-west entice are great for relaxing and let you forget that you are living in one of the largest German cities. Nevertheless, a good connection to the city center and to other districts is provided through U-Bahn line U6 at "Großhadern".
