The approx. 30sqm large apartment on the 1st floor with balcony to the quiet, landscaped courtyard, meets the highest standards of comfort, functionality and aesthetics.

The advertised rate is valid on request for a stay of 30 nights and may vary accordingly during trade fair periods and Oktoberfest. The minimum stay is 28 nights.

Studio Live is the place to feel comfortable at and stay for a while. Retro armchairs and accessories alternate with modern designer furniture. A fully equipped kitchenette provides everything you need.

The shopping mall "Riem Arcaden" and the trade fair center "Messe Riem" are right next door. The Messestadt West and Ost subway stations are also within  walking distance. By car you have direct access to the highway A94.
