The apartment is located on the 15th floor in a very well-kept house in Arabellapark. From the large south balcony the tenants have a magnificent panoramic view up to the Alps, on the west balcony you can enjoy the evening sun. Both balconies are equipped with very elegant thermo ash floor. The bright, separated fitted kitchen is fully equipped including brand appliances.
