What amenities are included in a furnished 3-room apartment?
Every apartment at Mr. Lodge is fully furnished and ready to move into. Amenities include cooking utensils and appliances, dishes, bed linens, towels, a TV, internet, and cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner. In 3-room apartments, at least one bedroom is furnished with a bed, nightstand, and closet. Another room can be used as a children’s room, guest room, or home office.

How does the registration process work in Munich for a furnished temporary apartment?
When you move in, you will receive the landlord’s confirmation either from your consultant or your landlord. You must register with the authorities within two weeks of moving in. You can register either online or in person at one of the citizen service offices in Munich. To do so, you’ll need the identification documents of everyone moving in and the landlord’s confirmation.
As a family, can we rent a furnished 3-room apartment on a temporary basis?
Yes. Many of our three-room apartments are equipped to accommodate three people, and some of them also come with baby and/or children’s furniture if needed. In the Munich suburbs, towns like Ismaning, Neubiberg, and Gräfelfing are very popular.
