We coordinate and offer technical assistance services. Be it minor repairs, ongoing maintenance, or serious damage - we provide excellent attendance and help.

Many of our customers are familiar with the fact that we not only act as an "agent", i.e. find accommodation and conclude the process, but also serve as a mediator when there are problems during the tenancy. Often, there are language barriers that prevent compromise and communication between tenant and landlord.

Large and small repairs

Technical devices stop working, the toilet flush or faucet is leaking, moisture and mold spread, furniture, floors, walls, windows and doors get damaged, etc.

We take care of your home quickly and without complications: Whether it is small repairs or major damage, our professional service team will either fix it themselves, or hire an external company for the repair. Your advantage: You only have one contact person to deal with. When needed, we cooperate with experienced and reliable workers and craftsmen, who provide very good results at fair prices. We coordinate and supervise the operations on your behalf.

Maintenance and customer service

We take care of ongoing maintenance, minor upkeep, and replacement of worn parts. Of course, we also organize customer support - for example, for the repair of appliances - and keep appointments for you.
