We mainly have customers who only arrive with suitcases. They expect the kitchen to be fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc. in addition to being fully furnished. If possible, a washing machine or washer-dryer should be available in the apartment, as well as bed linen, towels and a vacuum cleaner. Equally important is the technical standard: cable or satellite TV and high-speed Internet access.

Your apartment should be available for at least six months. The more variable the period offered, the easier it is to find suitable tenants.
Nice cafés and restaurants should be within walking distance, as well as stores for daily needs (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, drugstore, etc.). The proximity of leisure and sports facilities such as parks, cinemas, swimming pools, fitness centers, etc. is of course also interesting.
People usually use public transport to get to work. More than a 5-minute walk to the nearest underground or S-Bahn station is no longer considered close for people interested in renting.
Munich's Altstadt, Maxvorstadt, Schwabing, Lehel, Neuhausen, Haidhausen, the Gärtnerplatz and Glockenbachviertel districts are particularly sought-after due to their excellent infrastructure.
The wishes and expectations of the tenants are crucial! The more your flat, your apartment, or your house meets the requirements of a furnished property for temporary accommodation, the more efficient the placement and the more lucrative rental income will be. Thus, a more profitable and safer investment is made.
