Initial consultation
Are you considering commissioning us to broker your property? You are welcome to contact us by telephone for a non-binding initial consultation and we will discuss the best rental option together. We will be happy to visit you in person to advise you on the furnishings and fittings as well as the rental price.

You commission us with the brokerage
To be able to include your property in our database, we first need your online apartment registration. Please make sure you provide as accurate and detailed information as possible: To our registration form.

Professional photo and video shoots
Our photographers will come to your apartment or house at the agreed time and take photos and videos of all the rooms. This gives prospective tenants worldwide the opportunity to view your apartment online. More information about our photo and video service.
4.
We take care of the optimal presentation
We create the exposé of your property and discuss all the details with you again. We then actively offer your apartment or house to our prospective tenants and publish your exposé on our website and in all relevant portals.
5.
Viewing appointments
On request, we can arrange viewing appointments with prospective tenants for you. If you would like to get to know the prospective tenants, you can also arrange the appointments in person. As prospective tenants are assigned to a customer advisor after registration, you will be contacted by various customer advisors during the tenant search.
6.
Tenancy agreement and other documents
As soon as we have found a prospective tenant, we will contact you. You decide whether you would like to rent to the prospective tenant.
We can then draw up the tenancy agreement for you in German and, if required, in English. Thanks to our membership of SCHUFA and CREDITREFORM, we can offer you the necessary security through verified tenants.
7.
Handing over the apartment when moving in and out
We recommend drawing up a detailed record of the condition of the apartment or house every time you move in or out. If you would like to carry out the handover yourself, you are welcome to download our templates. If Mr. Lodge takes over the handover, you will then receive a comprehensive, digital protocol with photos as a PDF by email. We create this protocol with the help of our app developed especially for Mr. Lodge.
Our cleaning team is at your disposal for the organization of cleanings with external cleaning companies.
