  • Which properties are we looking for?

    Detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses, apartments and residential plots.

  • Who can give us a tip?

    Anyone who knows of a property that is to be sold. This can also be a friend or family member.
    Please note that you must disclose to the person to whom you recommend us as a sales agent that you will receive a commission for the recommendation if it is successful.

    Unfortunately, no referral commission can be granted for properties owned by the person making the referral or their partner.

    Important: The tipster commission must be explicitly confirmed before signing the agent-only contract; this is not possible afterwards. Tipsters who notify us of their commission claim only after our company has brokered a property and of whose tip we therefore have no knowledge when the brokerage contract is concluded cannot be considered

  • When is there a commission for the tip?

    We pay you a tip commission of 12.5% of our total net commission if the property you have reported to us was not previously known to us, we have successfully brokered the property for sale and our total net commission has been paid by the parties to the purchase agreement.
    Even if a person willing to sell contacts us on your recommendation and we successfully broker their property for sale, you will receive a tip commission of 12.5% of our total net commission.

  • How does the procedure work?

    As soon as we have received your tip, we will check whether we already know the property. If the property was previously unknown to us, we will confirm that we will pay you a tip commission of 12.5% of our total net commission if the sale is successfully brokered.
    We will then contact the owner and endeavor to obtain a sales commission. Once we have received the order, we can start the sales process.

    Once a sales contract has been successfully brokered, the parties to the sales contract pay our total net commission. We then transfer the tip commission of 12.5% of our total net commission to you.

    Example 1:

    You draw our attention to an apartment that your neighbor would like to sell. We were not previously aware of the property. Your neighbor commissions us to broker the sale. We successfully broker a purchase contract for EUR 300,000 and receive a total net commission of EUR 12,000. We then transfer 12.5% of the EUR 12,000 to you, i.e. EUR 1,500.

    You must pay tax on this amount as it reaches and exceeds the annual one-off allowance of EUR 256.

    Example 2:

    You draw our attention to an apartment that your neighbor wants to sell. We were not previously aware of the property. Your neighbor commissions us to broker the sale. We successfully broker a purchase contract for EUR 750,000 and receive a total net commission of EUR 30,000. We then transfer 12.5% of the EUR 30,000, i.e. EUR 3,750, to you.
