  • How does the accommodation search for companies work at Mr. Lodge?

    Companies can submit their request via our online form or contact us directly. We will then conduct a non-binding initial meeting with you. In this step, we clarify all general conditions, answer open questions and provide insights into how other companies work successfully with us. We then assign a permanent contact person from our team to coordinate the searches and provide you with ongoing support - from the initial inquiry to the end of the rental period.

  • How much does a furnished apartment cost?

    Anyone looking to rent a furnished apartment in Munich benefits from clear price information that is easy to calculate. Rents depend on location, size and furnishings. In our exposés, all rents are usually stated as warm rents, i.e. including ancillary costs. As a rule, final cleaning and the GEZ fee are also included. This gives you as a company full cost transparency at all times.

  • Who draws up the tenancy agreement, the landlord's confirmation and the moving-in record?

    Mr. Lodge draws up the tenancy agreement for companies directly, in two languages if required. We only issue a landlord's confirmation of occupancy and a handover protocol if the landlord instructs us to do so.
    Important for companies: If a company rents and leaves the apartment to an employee, the company is considered the landlord, not the landlord.</p

  • What is the difference to serviced apartments?

    Serviced apartments are similar to a hotel: they are usually smaller, have standardized furnishings and offer additional services such as cleaning or breakfast - but often at a higher cost.
    At Mr. Lodge, companies rent fully equipped temporary apartments and houses that are individually furnished and available in various sizes and locations in Munich and the surrounding area. These apartments offer more space, privacy and living comfort - especially for longer stays. At the same time, companies benefit from transparent warm rents and a personal service, without the often high additional costs of classic serviced apartments.

  • What is the minimum rental period?

    The minimum rental period for temporary accommodation is usually six months. Shorter rental periods are only possible in exceptional cases, usually with commercial landlords. The minimum rental period is clearly stated in the exposé of each apartment.

  • Can companies rent several apartments at the same time?

    Yes, of course. We create an individual request for each employee and draw up a separate rental agreement. This means that larger teams or project groups can also be accommodated. However, flat-rate group bookings with changing users are not possible.

  • How quickly can apartments be occupied?

    All apartments are fully furnished and, depending on availability, can be occupied immediately - including furniture, kitchen equipment and usually an internet connection. Once the contractual formalities have been completed, it is usually possible to move in within a few days.
    This means that furnished apartments are available for your employees at practically any time.

  • Who is the contact person during the rental period?

    The fixed contact person selected for your company at the beginning will accompany you throughout the entire rental period. This consultant coordinates all processes, handles communication with landlords and provides you with reliable support in all matters. The contracting party remains the respective landlord.

  • Are there special offers for companies with regular requirements?

    Yes, for companies with recurring requirements, we create a central company profile through which all searches and contracts can be coordinated. This gives you a fixed contact person, transparent processing and allows you to accommodate several employees efficiently and easily in Munich and the surrounding area.

  • Can an invoice be issued for the rental payment?

    No. It is not possible for landlords to issue an invoice for the rental payment. In our experience, the rental agreement is sufficient for all accounting and tax purposes.
