What is the price of mr. lodge?
Our service is free of charge for you as a tenant. After signing the contract, you pay the monthly rent and a one-off deposit (usually two months' rent) to the landlord.

How can I find a suitable apartment through Mr. Lodge?
If you have found a suitable offer on our website or would like to receive suitable offers from us, please complete our registration form in full first. Our customer service team will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps. We will be happy to organize a viewing appointment on site. Once you have decided on an apartment, we will discuss this with the landlord and draw up the tenancy agreement.

How do I obtain the landlord's confirmation of residence?
You will receive the landlord's confirmation of residence from your customer advisor by email or from your landlord once you have moved in. If you have not received this, please contact the customer advisor directly.

What services does Mr. Lodge offer?
After registration, we will send you suitable rental offers by email and organize individual viewing appointments for you on site or virtually on request. Once you have decided on an apartment, we will contact the landlord and draw up the rental agreement in German and, if required, in English. The apartment handover is carried out by the landlord or a designated Mr. Lodge employee. If we carry out the appointment, we create a condition report including photos.
Direct contact with the landlord is the quickest and easiest way during the rental period. Nevertheless, we will be at your side as your contact partner throughout the entire rental period. At the end of the rental period, we will be happy to discuss the extension option or the return of the apartment with you.
