The country house is currently approved as a commercial enterprise and is operated as a bed and breakfast. According to information from the owner, a use as a single-family house or multi-family house, as there are also two entrances, would be possible after a correspondingly approved change of use. According to the statutes for securing the purpose of areas with tourism function of the municipality of Kreuth, the primary residence must be registered, a secondary residence is not approved. Extension possibilities such as a garden house or a log cabin in the rear part of the property are also possible with prior building law approval.
