The fully equipped kitchen, including a professional Winterhalter dishwasher and large stove, is both practical and of high quality. The entire living and dining room area invites you to spend cozy hours in a traditional ambience. On the ground floor there is also a guest WC, furnished in a modern design, as well as two of the guest bedrooms.
On the upper floor there is a suite with its own bathroom and romantic, free-standing bathtub and 2 further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two spacious balconies on the south and north sides complete the offer. The two floors have ceiling heights of 2.38 m and 2.50 m up to a maximum of 3.56 m on the upper floor.

The country house is currently approved as a commercial enterprise and is operated as a bed and breakfast. According to information from the owner, a use as a single-family house or multi-family house, as there are also two entrances, would be possible after a correspondingly approved change of use. According to the statutes for securing the purpose of areas with tourism function of the municipality of Kreuth, the primary residence must be registered, a secondary residence is not approved. Extension possibilities such as a garden house or a log cabin in the rear part of the property are also possible with prior building law approval.
