Detailed description:

The house is part of a housing ensemble of around a hundred terraced houses that were built in Aschheim between 1972 and 1974. Essential characteristics of these terraced houses include style elements of Bauhaus and Arabic-Mediterranean architecture. The housing settlement is connected by sidewalks and is equipped with above-ground garage facilities. This means that there is no car traffic within the housing settlement; it is accessible by walkways, which are interrupted by small and quiet playgrounds every now and then. The trees in and around the settlement create a park-like atmosphere.

3 nursery schools are located near by, two of which can be reached on foot, primary school with after-school care within walking distance, secondary school in town. A variety of leisure and sports facilities can be reached largely on foot in the surrounding area: recreation park Aschheim Südwest, sports park (tennis, soccer, archery etc.), beach volleyball park, wake boarding facilities, horseback riding.

Aschheim is situated in a convenient location between the eastern outskirts of Munich and Munich's eastern motorway ring, the A99.  Bypass roads keep traffic largely away from the town. Access roads to the motorway can be reached in a few minutes.

A bus stop for bus line 263, which connects you to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn in only a few minutes, is just a few meters from the house.

The Munich trade fair as well as the Riem-Arcaden can be reached within only a few minutes. From Riem it is only a 10-minute journey on public transport to central Munich. Doctors' offices, banks, ice cream parlors, and a variety of shopping facilities can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car.
