The striking farm building dates back to the 17th century and was acquired, renovated and rebuilt by Count Drechsel in 1890. The Bavarian Horse Breeding Association acquired the "Pferdegestüt Kanzlerhof" from Count Drechsel in 1916 and sold it in 1933 to Gerd Daleiden, who again extensively rebuilt and renovated the farm. The horse stable in the main house was converted into a cowshed and a builder's residence was established in the adjoining house. On the 1st floor the staff quarters were located. On the ground floor, next to the master builder's apartment, the horse stable remained, as well as sheds for carriages and agricultural equipment. The original vaulted ceiling (Kappendecke) has been preserved and is still visible in the new ground floor apartments.
