We make sure that you don't have to worry about anything: be it the assessment of a rental price, the optimal presentation of property, the execution of viewings, the free rental contracts, or the handover of apartments.
If required, we will view your apartment or house beforehand, in order to give you better advice, for example, regarding the equipment and furnishings, and of course for the determination of the ideal rental price. In addition, the viewing will give us a better picture of your property and allow us to give prospective tenants the most accurate information.
You can register your apartment or your house conveniently online - it is also possible to do so in person, or by telephone. The more precise your details are in this process, the more efficient the agency will be in finding the appropriate tenant. Personal contact is important to us: Your contact person will advise you and answer your questions by phone, and coordinate all appointments.
We are happy to provide a rental contract for you, free of charge. We can fill it out for you for the upcoming rental, or together with you, according to your individual specifications. Of course, this also applies to documents, such as handover protocols, or lease extensions. On request, we will draw up a protocol for you and the tenant at the handover of the apartment or house - and of course at the return. Due to our membership at the companies SCHUFA and CREDIT REFORM, we can give you the necessary security, by screening prospective tenants.
Should a customer be interested in viewing your property, we will contact you to arrange the appointment with you. If you do not live in Munich, or you cannot do the viewing yourself, due to other reasons, we can coordinate and/or conduct the viewing for you.
We present all offers with photos and a video: Our photographer will come to your property on the appointed date to make digital photos of all rooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, as well as of important details and special features - including the surroundings - and to make a video. This allows our customers to view your property online, saving everyone involved a lot of time, especially our customers abroad.
Please make sure to create a document at move-in and move-out, in which the current condition of the apartment is recorded. If needed, we will gladly conduct the recorded on-site handover of the apartment for you with the help of our specially developed Mr. Lodge app. In addition to recording cleanliness and signs of wear and tear, the condition of the apartment is documented through photos.
We are available throughout the entire tenancy and we will help you: If you have questions or problems with the rental, you can always contact us. We're here to help! We also keep in touch with the tenant and act as a mediator, when necessary.
