The house is located in a cul-de-saq in Lerchenau, a quiet neighborhood north of Munich.
This part of town consists mostly of small multi-party houses and single family houses. Several shops for all daily needs are in the immediate neighborhood.
The Lerchenauer lake and the Fasanerie lake are not too far, either. They offer everything: a beautiful lawn, old trees, a playground, a homely restaurant, areas for barbecue and routes for hiking.
