The S-Bahn station "Aubing" can be reached in only 5 minutes on foot, with good connection to the city. Furthermore, the bus stop of the two bus lines 143 (direction Olympia Einkaufszentrum) and 161 (direction Pasing) is about 200m away.
The lakes Langwieder See and Lußsee in neighboring Langwied are two of the most beautiful lakes for swimming on Munich city territory and are also known for their very clean water. The nearby Aubinger Lohe is suitable for long walks. In wintertime, the Aubinger Lohe is a real tobogganing paradise for children.
Via the highways A99 and A96, which are 2 km away, you have a very good connection to all freeways around Munich. The lakes Pilsensee, Wörthsee and Ammersee, for example, can be reached quickly for a day trip. It takes about 40 minutes by car to reach Munich airport and from there the whole world can be explored. In case you prefer taking the train you can start your journey from nearby Pasing by taking the ICE.
