Location
The street named after Dr. Paul Busching, the patron of non-profit housing construction in Munich, is located in Parkstadt Bogenhausen. It was created during the construction of the ensemble in 1955/1956. In the spirit of the "Swinging Fifties", it does not run through the district as a straight main axis, but in a large arc that is rhythmically followed by the adjacent residential buildings. With its organic layout, Buschingstrasse stands in stark contrast to Schreberweg to the north, which separates Parkstadt from the Denning Anger green space in a dead straight line.
The infrastructure around the centrally located residential complex is very well developed: all stores for daily needs, pharmacies and doctors, bakeries, grocery stores, drugstores, etc. as well as the shopping center "Das Einstein" are within easy walking distance. The nearby Mittlerer Ring and the proximity to the A94 motorway will take you quickly to the Alps or the airport. The public transport connections are just as optimal. The nearest subway station U4 "Böhmerwaldplatz" is approx. 1 minute's walk away. Bus stop 159 can also be reached quickly in approx. 3 minutes, taking you into the city center in just a few minutes - in 7 minutes you can reach Stachus, Munich's pedestrian zone. The proximity to the Denning Anger, the Isarauen, the English Garden, the Maximiliananlagen, the Prinzregententheater or the Villa Stuck also promises a high recreational value.
