The apartment is very conveniently located (close to the center and connection to public transport, yet in a quiet neighborhood with a large park almost in front of the door) and is very comfortably furnished and equipped. At the handover everything was very clean and ready to move in (also all textiles freshly cleaned and already in position, e.g. bed made), everything important was available in the apartment. There was also a generous supply of cleaning products and household appliances on site. The landlords are very nice, easy to reach and helpful. They not only placed small extras for the move-in (e.g. capsules for the coffee machine, fresh mineral water and a small bottle of wine), but also provided very good explanations for everything, quickly took care of minor tasks that were still noticeable in the first week themselves and are also constantly improving the apartment (e.g. renewing carpets and appliances).
