The apartment is located in the vibrant, central neighborhood of Neuhausen.
This district displays different styles of architecture and is characterized by its many popular pubs and restaurants. Still it is a rather quiet location, compared to the buzzing city life in the center of Munich.
The Nymphenburger Schlosskanal and the Palace Garden are perfect for taking a stroll or jogging. The Olympiapark is not too far either and can easily be reached by bicycle.
The whole apartment was furnished with great care and love for detail.
The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a shelf. The eat-in kitchen with kitchen isle and barstools is in mint condition and be used as either a dining area or a working area.
A full set of cooking utensils, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and more invite you to prepare your favorite meal. The personal washing machine, located in the apartment is very convenient as well. The internet connection is of course included in the rent.
