Beautiful natural oak flooring, custom-built furniture crafted entirely from solid spruce, a functional solid-wood kitchenette, and a bathroom with Jerusalem stone tiles are just a few of the special features that make this apartment so unique.

The entire building is completely free of radiation (earth radiation, water veins, etc.) and was constructed using sustainable building materials. The water is purified and revitalized using a Grander filtration system.

The property is located in Obersteinbach, a very quiet little village (approx. 200 residents) in the Bad Heilbrunn area, between Kochel am See, Benediktbeuern, and Bad Tölz. The nearest supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc., can be found in Bichl, Benediktbeuern, or Bad Heilbrunn, just a 2–3-minute drive away.

There are plenty of options for day trips here. You can start hiking right from your doorstep (Lainbach Valley, Bichler Hütte to Blomberg) or go biking (mountain bike trails to Blomberg, Tutzinger Hütte/Benediktenwand, etc.; the Königssee-Bodensee Bike Path runs right past the house). There are two outdoor swimming pools in the immediate vicinity (Naturbad Bichl, Alpenwarmbad Benediktbeuern). Just 10 km away is the new Kristalltherme at Lake Kochel.
Many Upper Bavarian lakes are very close by, e.g., Kochelsee (10 km away), Walchensee (18 km), Starnbergersee (20 km), Tegernsee (28 km), and Staffelsee (Murnau, 20 km). Hiking areas: Blomberg (8 km), Benediktenwand (3 km), or Herzogstand (20 km). Day trip destinations: Benediktbeuren Abbey (3 km), Bad Tölz (10 km), or Garmisch-Partenkirchen (40 km).
