The apartment is located in Tower 2 of the modern FRIENDS towers in Munich-Nymphenburg near Hirschgarten. A convenient underground parking space is included. The extravagant design of the new buildings with 2.85m panoramic windows is only one of the many highlights of the two FRIENDS Towers. In addition to an 84m2 kitchen lounge and an exercise room in Tower 1, Tower 2, in which the apartment is located, impresses with an amazing 250m2 roof terrace on the 15th floor.
