Very friendly and open-minded landlord who always personally, reliably and promptly takes care of all the tenant's needs (landlord lives in the same house). Upscale/luxurious furnishings as well as generous/ well thought-out storage space in the apartment, incl. washing machine and cooking facilities (combi microwave/grill/oven & induction plate / stovetop). The fast and stable internet (WIFI) is ideally suited for home office activities/video conferences. Spacious balcony (east side, 8th floor) with very nice mountain/city panoramic views. In addition, a large outdoor swimming pool, exclusively for tenants, is available in the warmer months. The rental property/Deba house has an excellent connection to the public transportation network, as well as numerous shopping/restaurant options in the immediate vicinity.
