The apartment is located in the southern Ingolstädter Straße in Unterschleißheim (Lohhof district) in the northern outskirts of Munich (18km from the city center). There are restaurants, a pizzeria and a nice beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In the house itself there is a bakery with stand-up café and a snack bar.
Shopping facilities, bank, hairdresser etc. are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Due to the direct S-Bahn connection (airport line S1, Lohof station), both the airport can be reached in 20 minutes and Munich city center within 25 minutes. The bus lines 693 and 215 directly in front of the house serve Haimhausen and Unterschleißheim Ost.
