It is in a quiet location, but at the same time conveniently located with good public transport connections. All living rooms have parquet flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom are fitted with white tiles. The attic has partially sloping ceilings, which give the living space a cozy atmosphere. The balcony is south-east facing and therefore offers sunny hours in the morning and midday.
