The Tegernsee Lodge is situated in a very quiet location in the center of Rottach-Egern, about 150 meters from the lake. Enjoy the ultimate in relaxation in our apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021 and is available for stays ranging from 1 to a maximum of 5 months.

The entire wellness area is located in the basement. It is equipped with cozy underfloor heating, a large, walk-in, threshold-free two-person rain shower (also with integrated underfloor heating), and the exclusive Duravit Luv two-person bathtub. The open and fully equipped built-in kitchen with a cozy seating area rounds out the feel-good experience. The private washer-dryer is located in the basement. The entire interior was lovingly designed and furnished by our Mr. Lodge interior designers.
Outside, you’ll find a south-facing terrace with a lounge sofa and dining table.
Quiet yet centrally located, you have easy access to all public transportation connections, and various shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Warmbad in Rottach-Egern is only a few minutes away, and the popular Wallberg is also easily accessible.
