Lake Wörtsee offers various swimming spots and a lovely lakeside restaurant.
The house has a very large, spacious, and bright living room with a wall unit and piano. It offers an unobstructed view of the fields.

Please note:
Additional costs: For electricity, heating (heating oil), and water, a monthly payment of €400 is agreed, which is billed annually.
Not included are the children's desk in the living room, the coffee machine in the kitchen, all toys, and the trampoline.
