The Bavarian Horse Breeding Association acquired the "Kanzlerhof stud farm" from Count Drechsel in 1916 and sold it to Gerd Daleiden in 1933, who once again extensively converted and renovated the farm. The horse stable in the main building was converted into a cowshed and a master builder's apartment was set up in the adjoining building. The staff rooms were located on the first floor. The horse stable and coach houses for carriages and agricultural equipment remained on the ground floor next to the master builder's apartment. The original vaulted ceiling (cap ceiling) has been preserved and is still visible today in the ground floor apartments.
