The design apartment is located in the heart of Munich on the top floor (with elevator) of a historic building. On the lower level  a spacious living area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet are located. The upper level has a bedroom and an office area on the gallery, which is furnished with a spacious workplace and a ceiling-high wall of cabinets. During the day, the motorized retractable bed disappears into the sloping roof, at night you can fall asleep under the large skylight with a view of the stars. The living area is nice and bright due to the translucent floor of the gallery. A modern kitchen with espresso machine is located in the entrance area. In the living area, there is a leather sofa with coffee table, a reversible sideboard and a large TV with 3D function. You have a view of the famous Marienkirche.
