The property was tastefully furnished. The apartment is located in the quiet but lively Neuhausen. In 2015, the apartment was fully renovated and equipped with the highest quality furnishings and technical equipment. 

The entrance area was equipped with a new HGM white lacquer front door with hidden hinges and flush design, as well as stainless steel handle. The floors are covered in Villeroy & Boch stoneware tiles with underfloor heating. The brushed and oiled oak parquet floors and the exposed concrete wall in combination with the slate colored Villeroy & Boch stoneware set the tone in the living area and give the apartment its distinctive character. The Kermi Idios designer heater in Alpine white provides pleasant warmth in the living area.
