The open-concept living and sleeping area features a stylish built-in kitchen as well as a desk that’s ideal for working from home. The lovely balcony offers a beautiful panoramic view. In the summer, residents have access to a large pool with a sunbathing area in the garden complex, and there is also a sauna in the building. The apartment is equipped with its own washing machine (located in the closet in the hallway). Additionally, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the building for shared use.
