The Tegernsee Lodge is located in a very quiet area in the center of Rottach-Egern, approx. 150 m from the lake. Relax in style in our apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021 and is available for stays of 1 to 5 months.

Here you will find your temporary home with modern comforts and high-quality furnishings.
The entire wellness bathroom is located in the basement. It is equipped with cozy underfloor heating, a large, walk-in, barrier-free two-person rain shower (also with integrated underfloor heating), and the exclusive Duravit Luv two-person bathtub. The open and fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cozy sitting area rounds off the feel-good package. The private washer-dryer is located in the basement. The entire interior has been lovingly designed and furnished by our Mr. Lodge interior designers.

Outside, there is a south-facing terrace with a lounge sofa and dining table.

Quiet yet centrally located, you can reach all public transportation connections, and various shopping opportunities are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The Warmbad in Rottach-Egern is only a few minutes away, and the popular excursion destination of Wallberg is also easily accessible.

Final cleaning:
The final cleaning at the end of the rental period is charged with a one-time fee of € 350.- (incl. 19% VAT) and has to be paid by the tenant.

Special cleaning requirements for unusually high levels of soiling or for the disposal of unusual amounts of garbage or other items left behind by the tenant will be charged additionally by the cleaning company on a per-regime-hour basis (€ 25 net/hour = € 29.75 incl. 19% VAT/hour).

Visitor's tax:
€ 3.- per day and per person. The visitor's tax is to be paid to the landlord before the beginning of the rental period. The landlord pays the visitor's tax to the municipality. If the stay is work-related and not a vacation stay, the visitor's tax does not apply.
