The semi-detached house is ideal for a family with children. It offers a large south-west terrace and a small private garden where children can play wonderfully. The large dining and living area is open to the kitchen and provides convenient access to the south and west terraces. A piano is available and can be used by the tenants (however, it is not part of the co-rented inventory; tuning is tenant's responsibility).

There is an additional, large guest room with sofa bed in the basement that can also be used as a hobby room. Fitness equipment is available and can be used by the tenant (but it is not part of the co-rented inventory). Two spacious bathrooms on the upper and the attic floor, each with a large window. The house is heated by an energy-saving heat pump system and has underfloor heating in all rooms. A single garage at the house (with normal socket, suitable for charging e-cars), as well as an additional parking space complete the equipment.

Very good connections: S-Bahn Haar (line S4, S6) within 10 minutes walking distance or by bus (bus stop around the corner). Elementary schools, high school, middle schools, kindergartens, KITAs, sports/tennis club and FOS, as well as shopping facilities max. 1.5 to 2 km from the house. Only 15 minutes drive (by S-Bahn) to Marienplatz (Munich city center).
