Der Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Direkt im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum OEZ, wo man auch an Regentagen trocken einkaufen kann. Durch das Einkaufszentrum gelangt man zum U-Bahnhof U1 und U3, von wo aus man ohne Umsteigen zur LMU, TUM und in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr gut: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, eine funktionierende Induktionskochplatte, einen WLAN-fähigen Fernseher sowie ein sehr schnelles WLAN. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein größeres Bett mit Speicherplatz darunter sowie genügend Schrankmöglichkeiten im Flur. Elektrische Rollos ermöglichen es Ihnen ganz einfach, alle Lichtquellen zu verdecken. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wenn es zu Reparaturen von Gegenständen in der Wohnung kommt, erhalte ich nach dem Kontaktieren von ihnen schnell Hilfe. Bei der Kommunikation über die Rechnungen bietet der Vermieter detaillierte Unterlagen zur Verfügung. Während dieser langfristigen Mietperiode haben wir gut zusammengepasst.
