There is excellent free parking directly opposite the house. A private garage parking space for tenants can be requested for an additional fee.However, this is not necessary due to the good parking facilities.

A beautiful swimming lake is just a 3-minute drive by car or bus or a 19-minute walk away. Feldmoching See is ideal for walks and there is a lovely Greek restaurant, Seehaus, where you can enjoy a meal. Hot food is served there from noon until evening every day except Mondays (all information provided without guarantee). Of course, you can also cycle or run (jog) here. The Fasanerie Lake and Lerchenau Lake are also within easy reach.
Companies such as Allianz in Unterföhring and Krauss Maffei are also easily accessible from Feldmoching in the north of Munich, as is the Technical University in Garching. From the Feldmoching S-Bahn station, you can reach the airport in 25 minutes with the S1, the main station in 17 minutes with the U2, Marienplatz in the city center in 19 minutes with the U2 and U3 (the U3 usually waits at Scheidplatz for transfers), or in 21 minutes with the S1, and the Munich Trade Fair in 39 minutes with the U2. The night line N 41 runs from the Josef-Frankl-Straße stop (9 minutes' walk away) through the entire city via Münchener Freiheit in Schwabing; University, Odeonsplatz, Karlsplatz, Stachus on weekends on Saturday and Sunday from 1:45 a.m. to 4:15 a.m.
