It is centrally located yet very quiet, with sweeping views of the countryside above the old Ramersdorf district. Despite the great view and large windows, the apartment is not visible from the outside. From the southwest-facing roof terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day long until sunset. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise while enjoying a cappuccino at the kitchen counter. A WaterRower and a NOHRD bike ensure daily fitness. In addition, a separate bicycle garage is available to tenants by arrangement.

The apartment is centrally located and borders Haidhausen. With its location between the Karl-Preis-Platz (U2, 7, 8) and Innsbrucker Ring (U2, 5, 7, 8) subway stations, it has excellent public transportation connections. The Tegernsee lake can be reached within 30 minutes via the Salzburg motorway. Doctors, supermarkets, and shops for daily needs are within a few minutes' walking distance, and on the ground floor there is a bakery with a street café and an Indian restaurant, both with outdoor terraces. Those who want to enjoy the nightlife can discover bars, restaurants, and clubs in the Werksviertel district, which is within walking distance (10 minutes), or go to neighboring Haidhausen. For a classic Bavarian Augustiner beer garden, we recommend the Alter Wirt, or for something a little more youthful and modern, the Zar Bar, both within a 5-minute walk.
