Schöne, großzügige Altbauwohnung mit einer gelungenen Mischung aus alt und neu, funktionell und schön. Geschickt wurden antike Möbel, Leuchten und Accessoires mit modernen Stücken kombiniert. Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert (gestrichen, Boden abgeschliffen, Elektrik, etc.) und die Küche komplett erneuert. Die Wohn- und Schlafräume, sowie der geräumige Flur sind mit einem altbautypischen Fischgrätparkett ausgestattet, die beiden Badezimmer, das Gäste-WC und die Abstellkammer mit Fliesen.
