Herzogpark in Munich-Bogenhausen: Stately architecture, distinguished history.
Surrounded by mature trees, nestled between the Isar River, Montgelas Street, and Oberföhring Street. Against this backdrop, we offer an exceptional living experience with the Herzogpark Suites. We offer thoughtfully designed, unique 1- and 2-room suites with living areas ranging from approximately 26 to 90 m², designed by the renowned Munich-based firm steidle architekten. Built on the site of the former park of the French Consulate General.
A stately and spacious entryway featuring fine wooden doors, stucco-finished walls, fine terrazzo, and elegant lighting—a contemporary and sophisticated design. Oiled oak parquet flooring laid in a herringbone pattern. Underfloor heating in all rooms. High-performance sound insulation and controlled ventilation. In all suites, floor-to-ceiling windows create a particularly bright and open living experience. Elegant bathrooms with stylish wall and floor tiles, high-quality modern fixtures, elegant built-in furniture, and many other exquisite design elements combine to create a sophisticated living experience.
All apartments feature a centrally controlled ventilation system that regulates and circulates the air even when you’re away. The system is combined with air conditioning for summer use, cooling the air inside the apartment by up to 2 degrees.
In the Herzogpark Suites, the loft apartments with their open-concept layout are the true gem. Not only do the rooms extend across two floors, but so do the window areas. With ceiling heights of over 5 meters in some areas, the living space even seems to rise above itself.
Very convenient: Weekly cleaning and a linen change every 14 days can be booked as add-ons.
