Ganz oben steht natürlich die Nähe zur Theresienwiese mit ihren vielen Veranstaltungen wie zum Beispiel das Oktoberfest, Tollwood, Frühlingsfest etc. Doch auch die Nähe zur Isar, die vor allem im Sommer zum Joggen und Entspannen einlädt, machen diese Lage durchaus attraktiv.
Zum Marienplatz sind es ca. 1,5 km. Diesen kann man entweder mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10 Minuten erreichen oder auch mit der U-Bahn, die nur 300m zu Fuß entfernt liegt.
