Before each arrival, a professional cleaning is performed according to the 80-step “Ridiculously Clean” standard, which guarantees the highest level of cleanliness. Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request.

The building opened in winter 2025; emissions data will be published following the next sustainability audit. The building
The apartments are located on the first through fourth floors of a contactless building with no front desk. Access is conveniently granted via a door code using your mobile phone. An online support team is available around the clock.
