With its location between the Karl-Preis-Platz (U2, 7, 8) and Innsbrucker Ring (U2, 5, 7, 8) subway stations, it has excellent public transportation connections. The Tegernsee lake can be reached within 30 minutes via the Salzburg motorway. Doctors, supermarkets, and shops for daily needs are within a few minutes' walking distance, and on the ground floor there is a bakery with a street café and an Indian restaurant, both with outdoor terraces. Those who want to enjoy the nightlife can discover bars, restaurants, and clubs in the Werksviertel district, which is within walking distance (10 minutes), or go to neighboring Haidhausen.
