From workers' housing estate to liveable district

History and development
The Am Hart district was created in the 20th century as a workers' housing estate. There are also several allotment garden associations in the south, which can be found on the green spaces in various places in the district and form idyllic oases. Over the years, many of the older buildings have been renovated or made way for new buildings. The"Nordhaide" is a construction project that has been continuously expanded since the 1990s and has opened up new living space on the northern edge of the district. Today, there are many beautiful apartments in this district. There are also attractive offers for in the neighboring districts of Lerchenau and Milbertshofen.

Culture and shopping
Not far from the central Aussiger Platz is the Am Hart pub, which is home to a large beer garden as well as a cabaret. The cultural offerings are rounded off by the 2411 cultural center. As far as shopping is concerned, the "Mira" shopping center offers a wide range of stores, boutiques and grocery stores.

Transport links
The city center is connected by the two subway stations Harthof and Am Hart (both U2). The slip road to the A99 is also easy to reach by car and connects the district with the surrounding area of Munich and the long-distance transportation network.

You can find unfurnished apartments on Immoscout24.
