The village of Neuaubing was incorporated in the 1940s. Since 2012, the infrastructure has been continuously expanded and green spacesextended. The village is therefore one of the fastest changing districts in Munich and will become even more attractive in the near future. The S-Bahn line S8 connects the district with the city center and the surrounding communities at the Neuaubing stop.
Development
There are a number of suitable properties in Neuaubing, with the advantage of a quiet location and good transport links to the city center. In addition to various residential buildings - both high-rise and detached houses with gardens and new buildings - there are also several working farms. Similarly beautiful apartments can also be found in the districts of Aubing, Westkreuz and Pasing.
