Living in Mittersendling

Quiet and close to the city

This area, like the other parts of Sendling, is a traditional industrial and working-class quarter. The old and new parish churches of St. Margaret form the historic center of the quarter and remain a central landmark to this day. Sendlinger Park and the popular "Flaucher" on the banks of the river Isar are only a few minutes away.

Mittersendling - traditional district

Location and connections
This area, like the other parts of Sendling, is a traditional commercial and working-class district. The old and new parish church of St. Margaret forms the historic core of the district and is still its central landmark today. Sendling Park and the popular "Flaucher" on the banks of the Isar are just a few minutes' walk away. Although Mittersendling is not part of the city's immediate center, the city center can be easily reached via the U3 Brudermühlstraße and U6 Harras stations, as well as the Mittersendling S-Bahn station. For cars, the Mittlerer Ring provides central access to the local and long-distance transport network.

Buildings
There are mainly older apartment buildings and cooperative housing complexes, which also offer many apartments. The district is primarily known as a residential area, so the location is extremely quiet. Similar apartments are also available in the neighboring districts of Sendling, Harras, Obersendling and Thalkirchen.
