The Menterschwaige adjoins the Harlaching district and is located directly on the high bank of the Isar. This villa development with spacious plots was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The connection to the city center is still guaranteed: Streetcar lines 15 and 25 provide connections to numerous stops on the U1, U2, U4 and U5 lines, from which all parts of Munich can be reached.
