Kieferngarten is a small settlement near Freimann. Here you will also find the Freimann Heath, which is a beautiful local recreation area. The district borders Fröttmaning to the north, so soccer fans can quickly reach the Allianz Arena. To the south is the Zenith, one of the largest event halls in Munich, which hosts numerous concerts and cultural events throughout the year. There are also several BMW AG administrative buildings , the MOC and the Euroindustriepark in the immediate vicinity.
Development and transport links
The Kieferngarten estate is a very quiet and green residential area with mainly detached and semi-detached houses. The Munich-Nuremberg highway can be reached in 5 minutes by car. This gives you quick access to the Salzburg, Stuttgart and Lindau highways. Links to local public transport are provided by the U6 underground station of the same name.
